Whilst some re-generation is needed within some areas of Leamington mostly south of the river, Any new development will be the typical cheap easy to build eyesores that have ruined many a town centre before.

Most of the buildings in the 3 towns are period buildings with great heritage and character...this is what attracts people to the area. We're not Milton Keynes or Nuneaton where any old building will do. We're talkling about a Historical Spa towns that are aspirational places to come to, live and visit, and NOT the average town centre.
