The utilities, services are all stretched to the limit now. With major hospitals only accessible actross congested bridges ove the river Avon, fear how long it will take emergency cases to get medical resources they need. Huge increase in traffic arising from at least 8000 new cars in area will lead to increase in pollution and reduce air quality further in area. Existing traffic problems of speeding and congestion with Bishops Tachbrook used as 'rat run' to M40. Further housing willl worsen situation.
