Leamington Station area is ripe for new office development, which should be linked into cycling and walking routes along the towpath from Warwick and the surrounding villages to the office and retail jobs and station. The area plan should deliver the identified strategic objectives against an area action plan/site allocation for Leamington centre.

BW would wish preserve the rural nature of the Hatton Flight if so then the movement of development towards Hatton would need to be sympathetic in design, with supportive infrastructure towards Warwick Parkway and the urban centers linking into the canal towpaths for sustainable movement.
