The three developments of Europa Way, Woodside Farm and the land South of Harbury Lane will result in severe traffic problems. The suggestion of using these areas has been made with benefit of a traffic survey. Schools, bus services and health centres will be put under considerable strain. The conurbation of Warwick/Whitnash/Leamington will be even larger and thus less pleasant. Extra traffic will cause worse air pollution. The use of such a large swathe of green belt goes against the council's own vision for the area.
