Not enough detail provided of "WDC thoughts so far" - that comes later! All too vague!
We believe that it is inappropriate to choose locations for development without knowledge of what infrastructure changes are essential/appropriate to support such proposals, AND of proposals in neighbouring district council areas that may produce pressures on WDC area infrastructure.
