There should be a strategic allocation at Hatton Park to round off development which is in a sustainable location and where there is available serviced land with good access.
Land is available for a combination of a Care Village being varied accommodation for the elderly including nursing care, Affordable housing and particularly shared ownership together with appropriate new community facilities and support where there is no provision at present.
The site has first-rate access, located near the M40 / A46, has a main line railway station nearby and where the site already has existing full services and mains drainage.
