5.0 Report Findings
5.1 Overview
5.1.1 Purpose of this section is to outline findings of the study and detail parcels within the study area that have been identified as least constrained and which four Local Authorities
can analyse further through individual Core Strategies for potential provision of future
development.
5.4.2 Having undergone detailed analysis, there will be a range of other factors that will need to
be considered at local level, which may contribute to identifying sites within parcels for
possible allocation within Core Strategies.
