The massive population increase will put a strain on schools, roads, hospitals and other basic services, particularly in the Southern area of Warwick, Leamington and Whitnash as this area has the largest development planned. Services and in particular schools in this area are already overstretched due to the Warwick Gates development and the District Council is unable to guarantee that the County Council will provide further provision.
