It is stated that the proposed build is scheduled in three phases to accomodate any changes that may occur in the future. If this is the case the area of restraint should be in Phase Three so that these areas may not have to be developed. I would ask that all areas that were designated as area of restraint immediately be put into Phase three.
We were also informed that Woodside Farm was not in the first proposal so how did it get included?
