NO impact studies - why ?
Travel along the Myton Road in School Term time this area cannot cope with any additional traffic - does WDC wish to see the Town grind to a halt?Traffic has to pass over the main River Crossing-Banbury Road - causes congestion in the town centre;if M40/A46 are blocked traffic makes its way along these routes!
