No benefit for present community or those needing housing. Driven by developers and supermarkets on south of town. Likely to prove most popular site in consultation, but short sighted as large scale development would have detrimental effect on whole district not just Whitnash, Bishops Tachbrook and Warwick Gates.
Lack of infrastructure, increased traffic resulting in poor air quality. Where will people work? Residents of Warwick Gates commute our of area. Buffer between Bishops Tachbrook and development would be eroded and eventually be developed as infill. Previous building has caused problems in Bishops Tachbrook - water supply and traffic. 'Tacking on' houses would be bad planning. If so many new homes needed nationally, should be in new towns.
