why two questions about the town centres? You are missing the point about what is a local centre. You are wanting to put housing outside the town but develop inside the town. You can only strengthen effectively when you strengthen locally eg, where the homes are. Develop Warwick Gates into a commmunity, give Chase Meadow a community, strengthen existing communities in your urban communities that are not in the town centres.
