This is important green belt land seperating the town from the A46. Road access at the southern part of Kenilwoth is already congested at times and employment in the area would worsen this. Development of this land conflicts directly with the strategic objective on page 75 of the document. The historic tree preservation order covring the area signifies the importance of the trees in the area. This land is ideally suited to be developed into parkland.
