The planned development would ruin a piece of lovely countryside which adds character to the area. I also have concerns that there is not the infrastructure to support such a large scale development, specifically with regards to the road network and local schools. My children are at North Leamington school and i feel that the classes are already at their maximum size. Finally i believe that the development will substantially increase the risk of flooding which has occured more frequently over recent years.
