I have a number of concerns regarding the proposed development.
As a keen cyclist I worry about the traffic as I frequently cross the windmill hill roundabout carrying my children. At peak times and even without the development it can be difficult and dangerous to cross.
Currently getting a doctor's appointment can be a struggle and this would only get worse with a larger population and no extra services.
With children under school age I worry about the pressure on school places.
I fear for the unique character of rural community feel of Cubbington which might otherwise be absorbed by expanding suburbs of Lillington......

Currently there is easy access to the countryside, this is a great asset and building a development would greatly reduce the quality of life for the residents.
Flooding has been a problem in Cubbington in the past and anything that might make this worse should not be considered.
Parking in and around the Cubbington village shops can be congested this would be exacerbated buy a size of the development proposed.
