I do not believe green field sites should be used unless as a last resort.
In addition, surrounding lanes leading to Rugby Road, Cubbington and via Welsh Road to Offchurch already suffer with vehicles travelling at terrific speeds. This is hasn't been dealt with effectively with the current number of vehicles using these lanes - adding another 1060 homes/vehicles to this would be crazy.
I agree and am also concerned about the affects on flooding in this area. Would this also have a knock on affect to those living in Leamington near Welsh's Meadow as well as Offchurch?
