A parcel of land adjacent to this proposal was the subject of an appeal last year and was ruled out as building land so I fail to see how planning permission can be given to the above area. It floods in this area already, my garden being one that floods along with my neighbours, Cubbington floods along Welsh Rd and often the road at Offchurch floods and is impassable. The Cubbington Rd is often grid-locked with traffic going into Leamington at rush hour, any extra traffic would cause more misery. Cubbington is a village but this proposal would make it just part of Lillington therefore Leamington would become larger and lose its small town appeal. We all have a choice in England to purchase property where we want, its part of the English way of life to have villages which have been around for centuries, they give people the choice to live in small communities if they so wish. Cubbington is one such community which is thriving when so many are on the cusp of failing; please do not make the irreversible mistake of letting the speculators destroy the green belt which keeps Leamington what it is.....Unique.
