Lack of robustness during planning process. Infrastructure - allowing developers to implement reasonable infrastructure' appeared to prevail.
Inability to explain probable community demographic to allow for infrastructure requirements to be calculated.
Traffic density assessments were carried out during school holidays - requested deferral until term time. Was this implemented?
Capacity of Longbridge sewage treatment works to cope with increase?
Is there associated strategy for new businesses?
Why does preferred option not reflect public view through earlier consultation?
Suggest:
Much of Grand Union corridor contains derelict, outdated or sub-standard factory/business units - why such opportunities not being adopted?
