Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I support Bishop Tachbrooks Parish Council's Alternative Option to use smaller areas and as much brown field as possible. There are still many pockets of land standing barren that could be developed and would make little difference to the communities. but would amount to a considerable number towards the overall need for this area.
We should be offering more support to farmers to make the best possible use of their land instead of encouraging them to sell to developers.
I hope that the Council are considering public concern with regard to 'Villages' remaining communities and to preserving as much countryside as possible.

Testun llawn:

I feel able to support the Alternative Option put forward by Bishop's Tachbrook Parish Council to use smaller areas and using as much brown field and low value green belt as possible. In addition to this 'Alternative Option' there are still a great many smaller pockets of land in towns and villages standing barren that could be purchased by the council for the development of two to ten dwellings which would make little difference to the communities, but would amount to a considerable number towards the overall need for this area.
We are constantly being reminded that in future years there will be insufficient food throughout the world and with research taking place to find ways of growing crops without the use of land why would we want to build on crop growing arable land. We should be offering more support to farmers to make the best possible use of their land instead of encouraging them to sell to developers.
I understand the 'Alternative Option' has been "warmly endorsed by Whitnash, Barford and Budbrook" and feel sure the majority of people who would have been affected by the sites proposed by the developer will be in support of this 'Alternative Option' too. Hopefully Warwick District Council will also favour this 'Alternative Option'.
I close with the hope that the District Council planners are considering public concern sympathetically with regard to 'Villages' remaining smaller communities and to preserving as much countryside as possible for future generations.
