Object to concentrating proposed housing sites to south of Warwick and Leamington.
Infrastructure: pressure on schools, hospitals, utility services. Europa Way and Myton Road extremely congested at peak times. Traffic modelling took place during school holiday period when traffic low. Parking at Leamington station limited and not planned to expand. Flooding of homes from field run-off which will be exacerbated by more houses.
Object to reasons for new build in this area - availablility of land and willingness of developers.
Those responsible for planning have duty of care to preserve quality of life for existing as well as future residents.
Any distinction between two towns will be lost.
Why is current area of restraint one of the first rather than one of the last to be developed?
Land is becoming available at Coventry airport and North Leamington School and seems logical to include these so that the burden is spread.
