Development of this greenfield site would spoilt a quiet and pleasant breather space between Kenilworth and Coventry.

Such spaces as this help to maintain the different characters of Kenilworth and Coventry

I appreciate Greenfield sites will deliver bigger numbers of properties but Brownfield sites are more likely to have easier access to existing infrastructure of sufficient range and quantity and so Greenfield sites should be a last resort
