neglects to refer to Places of Worship. Issues already outlined in this clause are important, but it is well known that Places of Worship are key for communities of all sizes. As a practising Christian I know schools are needed for the mind, health-care for the body but Places of Worship are vital for spiritual welfare; in supporting strong, vibrant and healthy communities. Places of Worship should be included here as an identified need.
