See comments in 6a. [WDC should take the initiative in setting up Development Agencies to regenerate Old Town and canal side areas. This development could include mixed employment (workshop) and housing. There is already too much retail space and unused sites could be developed.]

Airport land at Baginton needs regeneration too.
