Object to Europa Way site:
Locating so many homes into one small area without integrated strategy not a sensible thing to do.
Congested roads - dramatic impact with addition of 1250 new homes.
Flood risk - during moderate rain, run-off from farmland can be considerable and seen from cycle path. New development and hard standing will increase flooding as shown by nearby new builds being flooded during recent heavy rain.
