Support proposals for development at Radford Semele and wish the site owned by them to be considered for the following reasons:
-it would not lead to coalescence - mainting the separation between the village and Leamington
-The land is well configured and there are no apparent constraints
-good access is achievable and could help with traffic calming
-the site has natural boundaries
-It has good access to the road network
-pedestrian and cycle links to the village could be established
-the site is available immediately and has few infrastructure or development constraints
-it could yield approx 285 housing units
