Support development at BishopsTachbrook and specifically want ask that a site to the south of village which they believe is suitable for development in an early phase of the Plan be considered for inclusion for the following reasons:
-it would not lead to coalescence - mainting the separation between the village and Leamington
-good access is achievable
-the site has natural boundaries
-It has good access to the road network and particularly the M40
-pedestrian and cycle links to the village could be established
-the site is available immediately and has few infrastructure/development constraints
