The porposed new areas of employment are not justifed - esepcially in the green belt. There are already many better sites available with better access to established infrastructure. The small number of job being created does not justify green belt take up and there is not gurantee the these employment sites will be "full" (eg Court Street Arches).

If employment land fallsvacant it can lead to year of delapidation. - brand new buildings/sites exacerbate this. So the Council should make best use of what it already as before llocating more employment land.
