Thickthorn introduces the visitor to Kenilworth. It is a pleasant experience that will be immediately destroyed if houses or small factories appear here and Kenilworth will share the fate of many English towns where a drive into the town has all the interest of a drive through an industrial estate.

This green and pleasant area enhances Kenilworth and should remain.

I understand that one of the most pleasant walks in the area, to Rocky Lane, will be surrounded by concrete and brick.
Attractive areas such as this in the south of Kenilworth at a premium to destroy it is unthinkable.
