The site has no easy access to GP Surgery, schools or public transport. The sole access to the site would be directly from A46 (Warwick Bypass), leading to slow moving caravans and lorries accessing and exiting a fast dual carriageway road, with attendant risk of accidents. There would be no easy or safe pedestrian access to the site. The site would be visible from the bypass as well as Warwick Racecourse and town centre giving a poor image of the area to visitors to Warwick and passing traffic, and spoiling what is at present a pleasant greenfield area.
