No convenient access to GP - residents of Barford currently have to venture to neighbouring villages and towns for GP access. Already oversubscribed school. Public transport access via busy bypass road. Area prone to flooding as shown on EA flood map , no plans as to how site would be maintained within any allowable area to avoid flooding. No mains drainage infrastructure in place to support foul or surface water drainage .
