Two separate sites are divided by the Fosse road. Therefore, likely to be an increase in people traffic between the two proposed communities on each side, on an already busy road. This either creates an increased risk to those (including children) crossing the road, or severe disruption to traffic flow. Of all the proposed sites, this is the only one which is divided by such a main road.

This area is not a cycle-friendly route, particularly for younger people, with no bike lanes, no hard shoulder or pavement and frequent HGVs and also wide farm vehicles. I am a confident and frequent cyclist but avoid cycling those roads because of the risk.

Site will connect to roads near a very busy junction (4 exit roundabout). I use this road on my commute to Southam daily, and am aware of just how busy this junction is, for both commuter traffic and heavy goods vehicles. A425 is a particularly key route between East and West Midlands, with connections south to the M40 motorway also, and any increase to traffic flow would cause severe impacts.

Loss of a Warwickshire Exhibition Centre, a valuable and convenient venue on the doorstep of Radford Semele and surrounding Leamington areas, would be a great loss and decrease the attractiveness of the area economically.

The site would not complement or be in keeping with the surrounding area visually, and would detract from the area's natural beauty.
