Question - if, due to the proposed Travellers site (GT05) on the Banbury road then my late fathers property which I now own in Holt avenue becomes unsaleable or devalued what compensation can I get , who will pay the additional Insuarance premiums which I'm sure will follow them ?

Not a lot I presume.

Just lately it seems that WDC is hell bent on turning Whitnash/South of Town/ Bishops Tachbrook into a no go area.

The schools are bursting at the seams, the roads and traffic in the area are already at saturation point, Doctors surgeries are at capacity, the local shops are a joke when it comes to parking - and now WDC wants to build thousands of homes (twice what are needed) and also provide "permanent Sites" for "TRAVELLERS" - I read in one of the local papers a comment from someone supporting the Travellers saying "look what they bring to the community" - I've seen what the bring, the trouble is they usually leave it as well. I remember the mess they left when they used the "Sports Facilities" on Harbury lane some years ago and even their recent visits to the area, did you visit Kenilworth at the weekend with the Horsefair in town - I'm sure the residenst of Kenilworth would support a permanent site on "their" Towns doorstep.

IF there are any sites that we "MUST" provide then I feel they should be in areas where they have NO impact on local communities - they choose NOT to integrate into societies, hence "Travllers" - so why do we have to integrate them ?
