Flooding problems experienced when the new Special Needs School was built on the Trinity School site on Myton Road.

I feel you must investigate the Phase1 F land on Europa Way further as this is the land adjoining the playing field and must be of similar soil.

We could end up with greater floods as more land would be concreted over with 1250 houses built on it.

Warwick town centre cannot cope with any more traffic through it.There is nowhere to park in Warwick now so what would it be like with 1250 +2 cars to most houses.
