Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Site would put undue pressure on a busy GP surgery.
The primary school is already at capacity.
The Gypsy and Traveller community are more likely to need specialist educational needs which the school cannot cater for.
Public transport is limited within the parish with no pavements joing the sites - pedestrian access would be dangerous.

Site is on a main road making safe access difficult.

The Guide Dogs for the Blind National Breeding Centre is on this site. The noise from dogs barking is likely to be detrimental to residents' well-being.

The site has limited access to utilities.

There is a strong potential visual impact on the approach to historic Warwick. Tourism in Warwick is very important to the local economy and any impact would severely damage the town.

There is very strong local opposition to the site - it would not promote a peaceful and integrated co-exitence.

Gypsies and travellers often have dogs and the issues with cross breeding could be detrimental to the sustainability of the charity. There may also be illnesses or viruses carried by residents' dogs who have brought them from far away and which, if caught by the guide dogs, could be damaging to the charity's work.
