New site entrance close to the existing roundabout will cause additional problems with traffic flows and could lead to a serious accident.

There are no amenities close-by and school places and GP surgeries have limited capacity.

Sites like this usually create a litter problem and have hygiene issues. Children are often left to play unsupervised in/near roads and vehicles are parked inconsiderately.
