No public transport or footpaths to the site. Providing them would be expensive and not well used.
Site has drainage problems from the escarpment.
Access is dangerous.
Will not protect the natural or historic environment, will harm the character of the area and will not create peaceful coexistence.
Impact of uncontrolled dogs harming agricultural activity, animals and wildlife.
Adverse impact on Exhibition Centre (events already cancelled) will harm the local economy.
Could adversely affect local archaeology.
