Public transport regular: there are no paths or safe place to stand whilst waiting for bus. No pull-in for buses so traffic would have to wait increasing congestion.
Fosse Way is accident blackspot and has speed cameras, traffic calmers, signs alerting drivers to slow down. Dangerous crossroads where there have been fatalities.
Site would increase traffic to unsustainable level. Fosse Way has historical value.
WEC aids local economy with positive effect on local businesses.
Site would be blot on the landscape, whether coming from or going to Radford Semele as it would be in full view.
