Inconvenient/dangerous access to public transport. Bus stop on grass verge but no pavement.
Both roads are busy with heavy, fast moving traffic. Dangerous to expect public to regularly use bus stop, especially in winter.
No convenient access to GP surery. Requires use of car or public transport.
Cannot be integrated into landscape without serious impact on character of the area.
Would result in closure of WEC, resulting in job losses and reduced revenue for the area. Not acceptable when other sites would not affect local economy.
Historic importance of Fosse Way and artefacts found in immediate area.
