Loss of Exhibition Centre will impact the local economy (c£2m) and local jobs.
No convenient access to schools or GP surgeries and no bus service to them either.
On high risk travel route with no path/pavement so walking/cycling is dangerous.
Site is on Archaeological Register.
Will put pressure on nearby ancient woodland.
Cannot be integrated into the landscape.
Will not promote peaceful coexistence.
