No public transport on site.
Not near to GP surgery.
Negative impact on local schools.
Dangerous access and would increase traffic in village which is why by pass was built.
Noise from M40.
New services would need to be installed.
Back drop to Warwick Castle Park; traveller site would have adverse impact on landscape/wildlife/environment.
Previously landfill site not suitable for building.
Not a place for peaceful integration.
Business uses not allowed.
No restriction on numbers of people.
Sites at Pathlow and Shipston should be fully utilised first.
