Objects for the following reasons:
-No convenient access to GP surgeries or schools and it would place additional pressure on nearby facilities
-There is no direct public transport or footpaths resulting in road safety concerns over access to and from the site
-No existing utilities on site
-Adverse visual and physical impact on the rural landscape, possibly endangering nearby protected woodland
-Concern over feasibility of integrated co-existence
-Site of historical importance, included in Archaeological Register
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy and loss of jobs
