Objects for the following reasons:
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy
-There is no direct public transport, footpaths or cycle tracks resulting in road safety concerns over access to and from the site
-No convenient access to a GP surgery and it would place additional pressure on nearby facilities
-Site of historical importance and could cause habitat damage to protected woodland
