Objects to development of 70 to 90 homes to the rear of Combroke Grove, Hatton Park. There is not the infrastructure to support a further increase in residents and traffic in the area. The volume of traffic on the Birmingham Road is already an issue particularly in the morning due to parents dropping off children. If development goes ahead houses on this road will lose their views of open countryside. It would also result in a loss of wildlife / bird habitat, currently a range of birds nest in the hedgerows and fields. Noise and dust from the construction of these homes would also be an issue.
