Concerned about proposals for 100 new houses for the following reasons:
-facilities in the village are limited
-utilities are straining under the pressure of recent growth
-the number seems excessive for a relatively small community
-there are already plenty of houses for sale in the area
-traffic congestion and commuting costs are already issues which will get worse
-development should be located near to employment
-the greenbelt should be preserved
-the fragile enviornment of the village should be protected.
