There is a lack of clarity about the area described as Kingswood (Lapworth) as it seems to include parts of Rowington. This needs to be clarified.
If the Kingswood Nurseries site is potentially included, there are flooding issues here. This site could take as many as 50 houses. If this was proposed, they could have an adverse affect in terms of light and noise pollution and there could be access issues which are difficult to resolve.

A local housing needs survey suggest that 6 houses were need in the Kingswood area. Why is the RDS proposing 100-150? There are few local jobs and public transport is not adequate. Infrastructure would have to be improved to accommodate an extra 100-150 houses as the school is full and public transport is infrequent. This has not been explained and 100-150 homes seems to many in such a small area.
