Objects for the following reasons:
-There is no direct public transport or footpaths resulting in road safety concerns over access to and from the site
-No convenient access to local amenities (shops, schools and GP) and would add strain to nearby amenities/services
-Adverse visual impact on the rural landscape and a site of historical importance
-Potential damage to protected woodland and wildlife habitat
-No existing utilities on site such as sewerage, and it could place pressure on rural electricity supply
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy
-Difficulty integrating to the local community as located in a remote location
