-There is no direct public transport or footpath/cycle track to the site, it poses a road safety hazard. Additional traffic and access to the site would only increase hazards on the road
-Adverse visual impact on the rural landscape from exposed location, harming the character of the area
-No existing utilities on site
-No convenient access to a GP surgery or school and it would place further pressure on these nearby services
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy
Historic area and a Roman site that will be ruined if this goes ahead.
