1. Poor infrastructure - not enough to support density of housing and employment - transport is already very congested along Europa Way and Myton Road.

2. Flooding is already an issue here - from run off from fields.

3. This is a designated area of restraint - building on it is a direct contravention of the vision to 2026 which states the aim of preserving the individual characteristics of existing towns, and of using green field areas last.

4. Protected species live on this site, e.g. crested newts.

Public consultation has proven this is the least popular option.
