Would occupy area too large to integrate being highly visible.
Local residents would be outnumbered.
No mains services and pressure on infrastructure. Extensive work needed to ensure air/water quality.
Working from site would make more unsightly and harmful.
Urbanisation.
Effect on woodland, protected species and habitats. Important historic highway.
