-Concern over road safety on Fosse Way from vehicle access to the site and additional traffic
-No existing utilities on site such as gas sewerage or drainage
-Adverse visual impact on the rural landscape
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy
